Studio Tools Privacy Policy
Anguished LLC operates Google-connected tools for authorized studio work. The Google authorization screen may identify the app as Anguished Studio, the company's games label. This policy covers those studio tools, not the games themselves. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
The games and website privacy policy is separate. Anguished Studio games collect no data as described in that policy. Google-connected studio tools process the data described below when you authorize access.
Google data we access
The tools access only the Google services and data you authorize. Depending on the integration and the permissions you grant, this can include:
- Gmail messages, attachments, and mail metadata.
- Google Calendar events and their details.
- Google Drive files, including Google Docs and Sheets content and file metadata.
- Google contacts and their contact details.
- YouTube account, channel, and upload data when you separately authorize the YouTube integration.
The permissions shown during Google authorization define the access you grant. Authorizing one integration does not by itself authorize every service listed here.
How the tools use data
The tools use authorized data for operator-requested studio tasks. These can include finding and summarizing mail, preparing drafts, managing calendar events, working with files and spreadsheets, and using contacts. YouTube tasks can include managing channel or upload information when that integration is separately authorized.
Anguished LLC does not plan to sell this data or use it for advertising.
AI and other service providers
Relevant content can be sent to configured AI and other service providers to carry out the requested task. For example, a requested summary or draft can involve processing the relevant message or file content with an AI provider. Those providers handle the content under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and account settings.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are kept in operator-managed storage, not on this public website. Relevant content can remain in task or session history and in generated work products, such as summaries, drafts, or files. Retention depends on the tools, providers, and storage used for the task. This policy does not specify a fixed retention period.
Revoke access or request deletion
You can revoke the tools' access in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization. It does not automatically remove content already retained in task history or generated work products.
To request deletion of retained studio-tool data, email anguishedturtle@gmail.com. Identify the connected account and the data or task concerned so we can locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords or OAuth credentials. We can also help identify when a deletion request needs to be made to a configured service provider.
Changes and contact
Updates to this policy will appear at this address with a revised date. For privacy questions about the studio tools, contact Anguished LLC at anguishedturtle@gmail.com (North Carolina, USA).
