Privacy Policy #
This policy covers every game published by Anguished Turtle. Last updated: July 2, 2026.
The short version #
Anguished Turtle games collect no data. Everything runs on your device.
Data collection #
None. The games have no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. They do not collect, transmit, store, or share personal data of any kind.
On-device data #
Game progress and settings (best scores, unlocks, options) are stored only on your device, using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. Deleting a game deletes its data.
Network use #
The games make no network requests of their own and are fully playable offline.
Game Center #
Some games offer optional Apple Game Center leaderboards or achievements. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your scores and identity under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive or store your Game Center identity.
App Store statistics #
Apple shares aggregate, anonymous statistics (downloads, sessions, crashes) with developers through App Store Connect, and only for users who opted in to share analytics with developers. These numbers come from Apple, are controlled by your device settings, and contain nothing that identifies you.
Children #
The games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the games collect no personal information at all.
Changes #
Any change to this policy will be posted at this address with an updated date.
